Desktop Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a well established blue chip company based at their customers’ sites of Dublin, Tallaght or Dun Laoghaire. You will have at least two years experience of a similar role or Customer/Desktop Support or Service Desk roles. You will be flexible to work at all three sites if required. Your day-to-day duties will entail; installing new PCs, printers and scanners, installing software, updating Asset Management Records, management of problems and requests via Remedy and ensuring virus and patching standards are followed on desktops.
